What is "Seed Paper"?

Our ready-to-plant Seed Paper Bookmarks are handmade in the USA with GMO-free, USDA-approved wildflower seeds. They are infused with highest germination rate seeds & guaranteed to grow in any U.S. climate zone.

Do you offer free shipping?

We only offer free shipping within the U.S. for orders $50 and up.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.

Do you offer flat rate shipping?

For small items including stickers, bookmarks and kindle charms (basically anything that can fit in an envelope) - there is a flat rate shipping of $3.00 for U.S. orders and $5.00 USD for International orders.

Refund Policy

Since our products are made to order, we unfortunately don't accept refunds or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel an order, you have 24 hours to contact us once you place an order to receive a refund.

Processing Times

Please keep in mind this is a small business, solely ran by one human - so processing times may take a week (5 business days) unless stated otherwise! If processing times take longer than a week, you will also be notified in your email when you place an order. Thank you for understanding!

Other Issues

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item - please contact us at shelfhaven.co@gmail.com immediately so we can come up with a solution. You have 48 hours after your order was delivered to inspect your package and contact us regarding issues with your order.
